Hi, I am Lorilyn, a professional speaker, author, coach, and creator of the CHAT Communication System, which helps people maximize their communication and presentations by leveraging all four of its​ distinct communication styles.

I grew up feeling like I wasn’t heard and that my words had no impact. As a result, I was obsessed with human behavior. I have studied communication, personality, and behavior for years, trying to make sense of it all. I discovered freedom the first time I got to take a stage and stand powerfully in my authenticity. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to use my strengths to guide other women in reconnecting with their voices.

To date, I have coached TEDx speakers from all over the world. Most of them have crossed over to TED.com, and one has reached over a million views.

My ultimate mission is to help women craft their ideas worth sharing, deliver confidently, and stand powerfully in authenticity.

With over twenty years in the speaking industry, I am a former member of Toast Masters and a national speakers association, as well as an Associate Dean of a Speakers Academy, an award-winning TV producer, and a two-time TEDx Speaker who is featured on TED.com, curating a TEDx event and sitting in many audiences has provided me with unique insight, knowledge, and tools that I look forward to sharing with you.
