Why I Created This Retreat

My mom is my inspiration.
She passed in 2021, and though she is no longer physically here, she is now the wind beneath my wings, my purpose, and this work. Her favorite song was “Wind Beneath My Wings” — and now, she truly is.
Our journey wasn’t always easy. But in the final chapters of her life, we broke a generational pattern of silence. She found her voice at 85-years-old and that changed both of our lives.
My passion for helping women reconnect with their voices is deeply rooted in her story. We don’t need to find our voices — we were born with them. We came into this world screaming. But over time, we were told to shrink, quiet down, and perform.

This retreat is about remembering who you are underneath all societal conditioning. Speaking your truth. Loving yourself boldly. Self-love isn’t selfish. It’s sacred.

This retreat is the sacred experience I once needed. I now have the honor of sharing it with you.
